Description

• Creating detailed low-level designs for IT/IVS and Video Surveillance systems using Word and Excel
• Writing MOPs for live network operations
• Handling software updates, provisioning, and technical support for various devices such as servers, storage, Video Surveillance, and Cameras.
• Verification of functionality according to customer needs
• Serves as a customer service liaison for documentation, account privileges, licenses, and technical inquiries,
• Provides technical support and knowledge transfer to field service engineers and those at different levels.
• Troubleshooting and implementation for cross-products like Datacom, IT productions, and supervision of IT production hardware installations.

• University degree in Engineering for Systems, Informatics, or Telecommunications
• 2/3 Years of experience in commissioning of IT (Server, storage, cloud,etc) or IVS (intelligent video system)/Video Surveillance system, Cameras
• Technical Knowledge based in IT(Server, storage, cloud , etc)/IVS (intelligent video system)/Video Surveillance system
• 1 year of experience in project management
• Good customer communication. Understanding of customer requirements and problem description based on client needs.
