                        Description
The Quality Officer is responsible for maintaining and improving quality management systems to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and update quality documentation and procedures.
- Conduct internal audits and monitor corrective actions.
- Investigate non-conformances and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with departments to implement quality initiatives.
- Support training of staff on quality standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Quality Management or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of ISO standards is an asset.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
