Neal & Massy (North) Credit Union Co-operative Society Limited was registered as a Society on April 25, 1953. The Society’s registered office is #24 Borde Street Port of Spain Trinidad. The Credit Union was formed at a Board of Directors' meeting held at Neal and Massy Engineering Company Limited in August 1952.

One of the objectives of the Credit Union was to satisfy members' needs, so they can achieve their goals. The Credit Union has approximately 10,237 members and our core objective are to provide members with regular and systematic means of saving and borrowing at a reasonable rate of interest. Organization has grown into a multi-million dollar Co-operative encompassing the employees of the Neal and Massy Group of Companies that are presently Massy Limited.  

In 1988 the bond was extended to include ex-employees and family members. Today the Credit Union bond makes it open to members across Trinidad and Tobago.
