Welcome   to   Eat   It,   Trinidad   and   Tobago’s   premier   grilled   food   restaurant.   Founded    twenty-­‐eight    (28)    years    ago    in   the    City    of    San    Fernando,    Eat    It    started    operations    in    August     f   1989   in   a   mobile   trailer.   From     that   humble   beginning   Eat   It   has   grown   to    perfecting     its   products   and   brand,   making   Eat   It   the   most   dynamic   and   successful    grilled    food    restaurant    in   Trinidad    and   Tobago.   
 
High    quality    standards    in    food    preparation    and    restaurant    design    have    also    made    Eat     It    Restaurants   on     par   with     international    restaurants   worldwide.     Our   products    and    dining    experience    is    very    unique,    hence    our    tagline,    “The    Taste    of    Quality”.  
 
Our  menu    consists    of    grilled    chicken,    fish,    beef    and    lamb    served    with    an    array    of    side    options.    We    also    offer    shrimp    and    vegetable    kebabs.    If    you    are    a    sandwich    lover,    we    have      a       variety      of      sandwiches     such   as      grilled      chicken,     beef,     fish     and      vegetable    burgers.       W      also       created       our       signature       Oven      Baked       Barbeque       Chicken      and       our    healthy       Grilled     Chicken     and     Grilled     Shrimp     Salads.      We    offer     a     delivery     service     at    some     of   our   Restaurants   and   we   frequently   provide   private   and   corporate   catering    throughout    the   country.
