Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY:
The Yard Foreman at Muneshwers Limited is responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt and delivery of full exports and imports within stipulated timelines. This role involves managing various yard operations, including container destuffing, examination, and ensuring the appropriate handling of shipments. The Yard Foreman will also supervise yard labourers and stacker operators, ensuring a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Receive full export shipments.
2. Deliver full import/export shipments.
3. Send off Bill of Lading (BL) as required.
4. Oversee the destuffing of containers.
5. Conduct examinations of containers in compliance with regulations.
6. Monitor and check reefer temperatures for refrigerated containers.
7. Supervise and manage the activities of yard labourers, stevedores, forklift and Stacker Operators.
8. Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager.
9. Oversee the appropriate service application in octopi.
10. Review and validate tally sheets accuracy.

 
 Reporting Protocol: The Yard Foreman will report to the Operations Manager
