Business Development/Administrative Manager
 
 The position is responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities to grow the company’s client base. In addition, this position is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, pricing and contract fulfilment.

Responsibilities include:
Business Development:
  • Managing and maximizing gross margins from sales of proteins.
  • Developing sales strategies for prospective accounts
  • Coordinating and managing territory plans daily, weekly, and monthly to ensure effective time management.
  • Developing relationships and educating internal customers of the goals and objectives through specific communication strategies and opportunities
  • Maximizing profitable development of new accounts
 
Administrative:
  • Organize payment to foreign suppliers/local suppliers
  • Organize payment for expenses related to the business, electricity, rent, salaries, security etc
  • Deposit to the bank payments made by customers
  • Ensure cash reports are done for said payments
  • Manage all receivables, ensuring statements are given to clients and payments are collected in a timely fashion
  • Deliver items to customers where necessary
 
Performs any other related duties as assigned
 
Experience/Knowledge
  • 3-5 years’ experience in similar role
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Management or related field
  • Knowledge in sales and distribution within the food and service industry
